Ramat Ebella Whajah is the Accra Tema Zonal Head of the National Investment Bank, one of Ghana’s leading indigenous banks.

Ramat is a Banking Executive with over 15 years+ experience in Business Advisory, Customer Service, Branch Operations, Cash Management, Corporate/Retail Banking Operations, Sales and Marketing, Corporate Relationship Management, Customer Service, Credit and Risk Analysis, Negotiation, Business Planning, Commercial Lending, Coaching, Entrepreneurship among others.

She has leveraged the knowledge and skills she’s developed over the years to build her personal brand as a finance thought leader.

As a thought leader, she has also spoken on key platforms on topics related to financial literacy, career development among others.

She is the Founder of Girls with Purpose Foundation, a not-for-profit community passionate about mentoring young girls and the youth about financial education and mindset building.

She has undertaken several trainings and certifications in Banking, Business Ethics, Customer Service, Leadership, Credit Analysis among others.

Ramat holds an MBA in Finance from GIMPA, a Charter/Professional Qualification in Financial Planning from American Academy of Financial
Management, and a BSc. in Mathematics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology.
