My Biography

Dr. Enoch Opoku Antwi is an Associate Professor of Leadership and Management at the Viterbo University, La Cross, USA; international consultant (Founder & CEO of ENBEES Business Consulting) and author of three books.


He begun consulting for the German Technical Cooperation (GIZ/KFW) international development consortium “Redeco” in 2002 in Ghana and worked with them on international projects, counterpart funding, organizational development, and emotional intelligence for three years before moving into private practice as an external consultant.


He was a radio talk show host (Eastern FM, Ghana); Manager with PearsonVUE (USA); Chaired two colleges business department in the USA, University Research Fellow and a Professor.


Dr. Enoch Opoku Antwi holds a doctorate in Business Organizational Leadership from the Indiana Wesleyan University, USA, Masters in Business Organizational Leadership from the Mount St. Joseph University, USA, and Bachelors in Educational Psychology from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. He is married with three children and love soccer.
