My Biography

Daniel Ofori-Dankwa is the President of Pro Patria Limited (a recently incorporated organisation which stands for Youth & Enterprise). He has worked in the corporate world for over twenty-eight (28) years.


Daniel previously worked with Self Search Limited, a Leading Human Development Solutions Organization in Ghana with Service Specializations in Career Development; Corporate Training & Executive Coaching.


Daniel also worked in the past with: KPMG; National Investment Bank (NIB); General Leasing Company; Horizon Finance & Leasing Company (Now Access Bank); Purple Management Services.


His external & internal audit work experiences from KPMG & NIB particularly, saw him develop interest in issues of Ethics; Professionalism; Corporate Governance; Leadership and Corporate Social Responsibility.


He has extensive experience in Corporate Training & also in the Development of Small & Medium Scale Enterprises (SME’s).


Daniel has a BSc degree in Industrial Chemistry from KNUST; an MBA from Wisconsin University College (Ghana) and an MA from University of Cape Coast (UCC) in Guidance & Counselling. He is also a Chartered Banker and has been an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers – Ghana (ACIB) for over 15 years. His great interest in Training & Development has seen him as a Lead or Associate Training Facilitator for many organizations over the years.
